Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Problems upgrading online with Vodafone.

    Was checking on the vodafone site yesterday and it says I'm eligable for an upgrade (billpay0 thing is, when i try go therouh it , i select "upgrade online" , the next step should be the screen that shows the list of phones to choose from. Thing is, the screen goes grey and explorer seems to be loadign the page when it comes up operation aborted, cannot open site.

    Anyone else having problems. Tried it on another computer in the house and I got my gf to try it at her house, no joy.

    Yep I was having the same problem.
    Both on firefox and IE6
    Could not find the cause of it - just try a few different times and you will get in.
    It's hit and miss - I reported it to cust support and they did nothing - was working for them on the fone with my log-in
