I have loads of security groups and dist group, is there some utility I can use to tell me who are the members of all my security groups and so on?

Also can I see who has acccess to all my shared aswell?

For the shares:
Get DumpSec from Somarsoft (http://www.somarsoft.com/); you can use it either as a GUI tool or in a batch file.
