I have that with me at every tournament mate and so far Vinny Burke is the only player to take me up on it as he has no clue about the internet.....Every other single player that we have come across over the last few weeks has told us they plan to play and when they see me or Derek face to face and hear what we're trying to do they all see the logic of registering online (and they go home and do it themselves).

I can see that everyone was trying to be constructive in the thread ...

You've also taken a bit of stress off me there because I was seriously starting to question myself about whether we are going to get there or not so its a vote of confidence .

I will take over 800 players at this stage but of course the event is a failure if we get less than 1,000 players......

If we don't get the 1,000 we will just have to try again soon .

talk about circuses reminded me of a pal who quit his job in the circus
he used to get fired out of the cannon, but after years of being shot 100's of feet in the air he decided that he had to stop
his legs were practically shattered from the constant pressure and his feet were constantly being singed
his boss was distraught and said
