Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Mobile sim card...

I really don't know if I've got the right forum for this or not, so forgive me if I don't! :D

I'm looking to get a pay-as-you-go type sim card and was wondering if any of you would have some advice on which would be the best to go for. I would text more than call, so something with free (or at least dirt cheap) texts would be great... And I'd prefer if it wasn't one of those "you have to top up every 30 days or we'll cut your arm off" type of ones... because at the minute I'm in the north, though I've been spending increasing amounts of time in the south and am planning on moving down sometime in the next 6 months...

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!! :D

The Meteor text offer does require you to topup €20 every 30 days. Do you mainly text Meteor numbers?

O2 have a 400 text bundle to any Irish mobile number for €20.

3 offer 5c texts all the time I believe.

O2 or 3 might be a better option if you don't always message Meteor numbers.
