Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Soccer Clubs Louth / East Meath

    Hi all,

    Just wondering if anyone out there can recommend some Mens soccer teams in the Louth / East meath area. I'm living in Grange Rath & am looking to join / train with a club close to home. I've played previously at a decent level, but have not played for 3 years approx due to injury & family commitments etc so very unfit at the moment !!

    So looking to get in touch with a 2nd or 3rd team, not taking it to serious & with an aim of getting training and getting fit again..

    Any suggestions welcome..

    look for a meath and district league team

    off the top of my head, duleek have one, termonfeckin, laurences gate,

    then i think from drogheda are marsh celtic, northside blues, black bull, drogheda athletic FC

    these are split through the divisions, some have reserves too

    albion also have a team, they are in monasterboice

    event, thanks for help - I'll keep an eye on local papers & evening herald to pop down to some of those clubs matches next weekend.

    yeah i play in the reserves with a team, its grand, fitness isnt too mad and some decent football, but a lot of kickers so beware :)
