Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

elite transfer kit

    hello i got myself an elite a few weeks back but i am yet to recieve the kit for ms has anyone got one from the that they would lend out or sell i cant sell my old xbox till i get one.

    I got an elite but didn't bother ordering a transfer kit - opted for a memory card as I wanted to get my save games on there straight away.

    I've seen them for sale on ebay.
    And as far as I know you can only use the transfer kit once (i.e. you can't borrow someone else's kit if they have already performed a transfer). Not sure how that would work so you might want to double check that one on the official 360 forums.

    as far as i no i might be wrong its the data on the hard drive that can only be transferd one like 20gig to 120gig i dont think you can do 20-20 did the memory card work on all your saves i seen on the xbox fourm that some saves would not work from the memory card

    Yes - I think you're right about the transfer.

    The only save games I couldn't transfer were Viva Pinata.

    Take a look at my gamer card to see what other games I've got - transferred save games for them all apart from Bioshock, MOH Airborne and Stranglehold which I've bought post-elite.
