Scrappy parts - expensive

My mate is looking to get a drivers door and rear passenger door for a mazda 323F (1997), the cheapest froma scrappy is 150euro for the pair, is that reasonable? We thought they could be gotten for cheaper tbh I actually dont think scrap yards are that cheap anymore
