    I moved to a house in County Limerick seven years ago. At the time BB was not available but I was told by Eircom that it would be available by April (three months time). It is now SEVEN year later and they are no closer to upgrading the local exchange. There is no plan to upgrade the exchange, they have no idea when they will do it nor can they tell me what their plans are. I am SICK TO DEATH of waiting for this monolopy to pull the finger out. I love the house I live in however I am now considering moving. This is a ridicious situation.
