Pity virginity taking

If someone is say 25 and seems desperate to lose their virginity, and they're ugly as sin, and you feel sorry for them, what should you do?

You see I'd want to do the nicest thing but I don't know whether that would just be screwing him/her, or helping them start a relationship with someone who might actually like them.
