Meteor Credit Issue

I upgraded my phone back in July and I was supposed to get €10 free credit every month for six months and I've only gotten it once.

Has this happened to anyone else and how were meteor about sorting it?

I've tried emailing them but the delivery address is a dead link.

I think with new SIMs you've got to top up with €20 each month in order to get your free €10. I'm not sure if it's the same with upgrades or new phones, but it might be why you didn't get your free credit.

Give 1905 a ring (quicker, more direct than emailing) and they'll know for sure.

You have to top up by 10 a month to get your 10 free. That's been going on since May or so.

So in order to get €10 free credit every month I have to spend €10 every month, that seem odd to anyone else?

Why would it be odd? They just changed the way they give out phased credit. The vast majority of people top up by more than 10e a month anyways.

For all upgrades, you're get 30euro for registrering online. For the remainder (currently either 10e a month for 2 or 6 months), you have to put in 10e into your phone in a calender month, and you get 10e back on the 10th of the following month. It's still free credit.

Yeah i agree with you there. It's a bit odd alright. It doesn't exactly feel like free credit then. I never knew they changed that.

never had to top-up for free credit with meteor it has always been FREE each month
