after a string of under par performances it's glaringly obvious that all is not well at the lane. we have now without a doubt the strongest squad to be seen at spurs since before the sugar days. the board have clearly shown by their behaviour in openly headhunting firstly Ramos and now Dourhino that they have no confidance…

how is a manager supposed to get the results with an axe hanging over his head and how are the players supposed to take confidance from the manager

have to agree with you there how can we expect results or even performances when the players know their leader is being undermined.We just havent got going this season and jol is not totally to blame and i dont think there is any easy way out of this situation.We need a run of results and we need them quick.
