    Hi,

Citiwest? The RIBSA website states that the tournament is being held in the Red Cow Hotel however I've just checked the BBC website and the say its being ran in the Spawell club, Templelogue?????

What a joke RIBSA are!! No updates on the match scores on the website, no advertising for this tournament, no information on ticket sales.
You wonder why snooker has gone done the shi8tter, crowd of morons running the sport.

It's definately out in the Red Cow Exhibition centre.
Was out there last night to watch the Alex Higgins/Fergal O'Brien game.

Bit of a joke to be honest, Alex was blown away 5 nil.
Fergal played well but Alex was never going to do anything even if he got chances all night.

He's a legend but should not be entering tournaments at any level.

Might drop out for the final on Sunday, small enough venue so may be difficult to get tickets on the day.

The kid I posted regarding a number of weeks ago, Vincent Muldoon beat professional David Morris last night 5-2. Excellent performance. He is playing someone called Ken Doherty tonight! Vincent in not professional yet, he was invited as a wildcard as he is a top junior player. Go on Vinnie….nothing to loose

Vinnie is class but let's steady on before touting people as future world champs....i've seen Davy and Vinny play for years now since they were u-14's and both have the potential to be decent pro's but the depth of talent coming through from China and elsewhere, to win the Worlds in the future is gonna be really hard.

For what it's worth, Vinnie should be on the Main Tour already. He beat Bjorn Haneveer in a play-off for a Main Tour spot, and for some unknown reason World Snooker revoked the offer and gave it to a Thai/Chinese kid instead. Vinnie will start as 1 of the favourites this season to claim a Main Tour spot through the Irish amateur rankings.
