Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Import duty and charges

    How much import duty or other charges would I have to pay for importing a Samsung 40'' F86 (LE40F86BD) from the U.K.? The package size is (W/H/D) 1208/372/795 mm and it weighs 30kg

    Shipping's likely to be fairly hefty, but thee aren't any more charges, duty etc. applied to good from the UK, or anywhere in the EU for that matter.

    Absolutely nothing... The UK is in the EU so not import duty or VAT applicable. (assuming you pay UK vat rate)

    btw.. the dimensions of the package have no bearing on what vat is payable. Import duty includes shipping charges which would be dependent on the dimensions on the package.
