Download allowance and Eircom charging

    Hi everybody,

    I just realized that I have gone 5GB over the monthly download allowance with my Eircom 2MB ADSL :eek:

    In the contract Eircom say that they reserve to charge 1c per MB. Has everyone ever been charged?

    This question is asked with monotonous regularity - please do a search - and the answer is for the amount involved no! (Apart from someone whose third cousin knew a man with a wooden leg who had a neighbour who knew someone where they worked who thought they might have been charged once)
