Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Whats everybody's opinion on this guy? He was the crash king last year and this year he's world champion. Has he really improved that much? Is it the bike? Discuss.

wouldnt have called him the "crash king" tbh i was very impressed with him last year he came into the sport on an lcr honda which is also a single rider team and never really that competitive and some of the preformances he had were amazing. but this year on the 800's his just settled right in the ducati suits his riding style perfectly. imho i think the bike has a lot to do with him winning the world chapionship ducati were on the ball when they heard about the 800cc rule and started developing a bike nearly strait away were as the japanese were very slow off the mark concidering their bugets are massive in comparison to ducati also michelin were caught completely of guard this year and from the start to the middle of the season were creating pretty terrible tyres and have only started catching up on bridgestone now but back to stoner i as a rossi fan was very happy to see stoner win the championship as he has dominated it this year and was the deserving winner

He is a very good rider. I was at the Donington GP this year and he won there comfortably. Very skilled young fella!
