Firstly, I take it Raheen Business Park is the Industrial Estate in Raheen - is it?

Coming from Dublin you will meet a roundabout near Annacotty, take the 2nd exit on this (possibly signposted for Cork, Kerry & Waterford). Keep on this ring road - passing the only roundabout on the ring road - you take the 2 exit after this roundabout, signposted for Shannon. The slip road brings you back over the ring road and then you follow signs for Industrial Estate.

Someone who travels this a bit more than me might be able to give you better directions around the estate.

Timewise this could be very busy at peak times but off peak the journey should only take you 10-15 mins.

    Hope some of this helps.

Edited to add - link to map - http://www.mapquest.com/maps/map.adp?formtype=address&country=IE&addtohistory=&city=limerick zoom in between Patrickswell and Mungret

Ok -follow my directions and once you leave the slip road you will come to another roundabout and AFAIK you take the road to the right (probably 2nd exit) for Dell.

If you click on the map and zoom in on the main road (brownie/beige) N7 to N20 around Patrickswell/Mungret - you should then see the slip road of the bypass, keep zooming in around this are until you see the business park. This should get you there.

As you come in from Dublin, you'll be on the N7. Just on the outskirts of limerick you'll come to a 4 way roundabout, take the second turn (abiyt 12 o'clock)
    • Continue down N7 passing two exits till you get to another roundabout
    • Take first exit on roundabout
    • The second exit should be marked for the ind estate, take this. It's a long curve back and over the road.
    • A short distance on, take third exit on roundabout (3 o'clock)
    • Immediately after take 2cnd exit on next roundabout (staight though)
    • You're at dell. Emf 1 is the first building (big white one)

Alternatively you could come the whole way in past Castletroy until you get to the big stores which will be on your left side. You will see Homebase and on the roundabout after this you turn left and go down Childers road.Keep straight through all the roundabouts on this road until you get just past the Roxboro shopping centre, which has Tesco as it's main tenant, on the right. On your left will be the Quality hotel and you need to turn left here and then go straight through onto the dual carriageway.A couple of kilometres down this road there is an exit for the industrial estate. It is the next exit after the one for Dooradoyle(I'm not sure if the industrial estate exit is sign posted)Once you are on this road the next roundabout is the one for the industrial estate. You will be turning right and then taking the second exit on the next roundabout 500 metres or so after the first one. This brings you directly into Dell.I am not familiar with the other route near Annacotty but it may not be signposted very well.

That route brings you right through the suberbs of the city which is unnecessary and time consuming since the Southern Ring Road opened a few years back. More chance of the OP getting lost or stuck in traffic in the Suberbs than on the ring road.

The ring road is well sign posted and the easiest option.

The big white building is actually EMF3, the old ATARI building is EMF1.

OP just to reinterate what others have said:

Approaching from Dublin on the N7 you will hit a large roundabout just outside Annacotty, take the second exit for the N20/N21 (Cork, Tralee), you are now on the Southern Ring Road dual carriage way. Stay on the dual carriage way until you come to another roundabout where there are massive road works. At that roundabout take a left staying on the dual carriage way, sign posted Cork, Tralee and Killarney. About 3 or 4 miles up the road there is an exit sign posted for Shannon, Galway and Raheen Industrial Estate, take this exit and follow it, this will take you off the dual carriage way onto a normal single lane road. You will see lots of factories and warehouses on your right hand side as you drive. Follow the road until you come to another roundabout at which time you take a right turn, this brings you into the Raheen Business Park/Industrial Estate. At the next small roundabout you take the second exit off it, this brings you up to the Dell premises. BTW this route is quite busy during working hours especially morning and evening times when people are coming and going to and from work so it can get a bit mad in that area.

BTW OP there is an automated security barrier just off the roundabout as you drive up towards the Dell premises. You will need to press the intercom button to speak with the security guard if you don't have a swipe card inorder to raise the barrier for you. You might get lucky if there is someone else in front of you who going through at the time.

The security barrier is up at certain times of the day due to shift changes where there are alot of people coming and going at once. The barrier is only really there to prevent cars from being stolen from the car park. Security in the buildings themselves is far from being lax to be honest. Like being at an airport.

The barrier was up because of the open day.
