    Does anyone know a place to get the best rate for exchanging euro to dollar in Dublin?

    It's a regular question here, with no definitive answer. I would ring around the 4 main banks, plus the post office possibly.
    Also be sure you know what commission you will be liable to pay. These charges can be very little for your own account holding bank.
    IMO AIB have the best rates, but I stand to be corrected.
