Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Finn Harps have been hit with a €1000 fine after objects were thrown from the crowd during the recent cup match against Derry City. Half of the fine was for a plastic bottle thrown on to the pitch, and the other half was for toilet roll being thrown on to the field.

Finn Harps chairman John Campbell expressed his disappointment at what happened, noting that such behaviour is unacceptable. He also described such fines as a terrible waste of money, and pointed out that any repeat of such incidents were likely to lead to much heavier fines.

Campbell noted that Harps fans are generally impeccably behaved and a credit to the club, and expressed hope that there would be no further incidents that would harm the club's reputation or cost the club money in fines.
