    they do order fulfillment or something. i never really knew what all the 'side' companies did, like field boxmore or sercom, who all had people working in EMF3.
    Just goes to show that if Dell does go tits up, the amount of companies that will crumble is scary

    They're trying to bring in a points system to take into account the different amounts of work required for different models.
    (Also working in laptops)
    They had that a few months ago, the server line had been running a system like that for more than a year and they brought it into 4 +5 for 2 months or so then it were scrapped becasue the mangers were charted on units per hour and the kind of unit wasn't taken into account.
    The most worrysome trend in dell at the moment is the cutback in QA in favour of quantity. You just know that at some point down the road somebody is going to have to have a chat with the local managment to ensure the place stays open.
    Also isn't the whole sell your friends campaign a laugh. A hundred quid for a friend.
