Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I have just witnessed the harshest sending off of all time!

    Brazil v USA semi-final. US player sent off for absolutely nothing. In fact she was the one fouled. 2 players running for the ball, Brazil player clips opponents ankle and collapses on top of American from behind yet free is given the other way and red card(2nd yellow) is shown! Bizarre:confused:

    If anyone can find video of it please upload.

    2-0 to Brazil at half time...and yet another comical own goal in this tournament:D . This time from a US defender.

    Was watching it up until that, Brazil are cheats, its disgusting to watch. What made the sending off worse was the fact that the Brazilian punched the air when the red card came out.

    The amount of them who've done five or six rolls at any sort of innocuous challenge is ridiculous.

    Hope Solo, the keeper with the crazy name who was dropped is H.O.T.

    Ye, they're horrible cheats alright. And i can't understand how refs fall for this crap. Are they really that naive? 99% of the time i know when players are cheating/feigning injury...why don't professional refs?

    Stick the 4th official infront of a TV with Sky Sports & a microphone directly to the ref, problem sorted.
    Can't understand why FIFA don't embrace new technology.

    Absolute shocker of a decision. That must be one of the Eircom League refs in drag!

    The funny thing is that the commentator got it wrong as well. He called it as a foul & a red card before the ref reacted.
