Clane School has an excellent selection of evening classes, including what you are interested in, Salsa, Pilates etc (didn't spot aerobics though ).

the gym out the Monread Rd in Naas lets you pay as you go I think and has a good range of classes. My friend is a member there and I often go to do the classes with her, I pay €12 a go; not sure if you need to know a member though, but it's worth a call.
