I've often looked at a forum thread on Indymedia and then looked at it a few hours later to find it's gone from 30-odd replies to 5 or 6 as any replies that didn't "tow the line" were deleted. At worst, threads here get locked when they get into a circular discussion, people don't have their views censored on the sly.
