    Boursin and Chorizo cooked in red wine... My mouth is watering thinking about it!

    Pork chop with fennel seeds

    Lamb chops with mechoui spice (equal measures salt, cumin & smoked paprika)

    Chicken with jerk seasoning.

    Celery with blue cheese dressing.

    Chips with lashings of salt & vinegar.

    Steak with english mustard.

    Roast Beef with horseradish.
