Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Retrieving Print Jobs

Right so, i'm in work and yesterday someone sent print jobs to a network printer that no longer exists. The print jobs are currently sitting in the printing queue for a canon printer.
Is it possible to retrieve the print jobs from this queue and send them to the proper printer?

    OS is Windows XP.

Try pausing or making it offline. Then change the print driver and/or IP address to point to a printer that is there. Enable it all again and restart the print jobs.. that "should" work... in theory.

I might be wrong but if the new printer uses a different driver you could have problems.

Very possible... I have never tried it with a different printer... only location change i.e. differnet IP/port.
