pay per minute billing???

Hi i am setting up a website that will charge clients a fee by the minute.i dont know of any payment processor that can handle this though even though there are plenty of other sites ot there using this paymeny method. CCbill only use monthly billing for memberships.And i have tried gogleing it but keep drawing a blank on…
