mk3 golf won't start - ignition? ecu?

    hi,
    my 92 golf won't start, engine turns over but won't start - got the aa out and after about 2 hours under the bonnet the guy said there is no power to the fuel injectors or the spark plugs. he suggested it could be the ecu. i read that it could be the ignition also. i'm looking for a car electrician who could call to milltown to check, i've tried hamiltons but they don't do call outs. any help appreciated, cheers.

    If I were you i'd tow or get it towed to Hamiltons. Whatever you do don't bring it anywhere near Mc Namaras, I had a similar problem with a Peugeot 406 and it took them 9 months and €1,000 to fix it.
