Is there a way of putting Google Direction on a site and having a fixed destination as one of the options ie.. Visitors entering the site can only submit an starting destination but not a final destination as that has already been set ie..bananaland

Came accross one for the uk with postcodes but wanted the normal version so it can be used for Ireland. Seem Google Maps UK are covering Ireland without the need for postcodes
<form action="http://maps.google.co.uk/maps&quot; method="get">
<p><label for="saddr">Your postcode</label>
<input type="text" name="saddr" id="saddr" value="" />
<input type="submit" value="Go" />
<input type="hidden" name="daddr" value="[destination]" />
<input type="hidden" name="hl" value="en" /></p>
</form>
Any help would be great.
