Starting from 30-35k and then going up, depending on experience. We'll pay for the right person.

The developer bit is the important bit. You should be able to develop an application. Not just type PHP.

PHP isn't as important, but exposure to web development is. You will be required to develop in PHP, but an exposure to other development languages in a Linux environment, IMHO, is just as satisfactory. Obviously, if you don't have exposure to the language, we'll be looking for evidence that you can pick it up quickly.

As mentioned in regi's original post, there will be a practical element to any interview. It's mentioned as much to let candidates prepare for that as it is to stop bluffers applying for the position.

Edit: Just to mention also, we're looking for imaginative people. Not the kind of people who, for example, might steal another persons signature and impersonate it as their own *glares at regi*

All the best developers are based in Cork already regi ;)

What exactly we develop, I'm not sure...but dammit we're good at it

Seriously I assume there is a requirement to be in the digiweb offices in Louth/Waterford to do the work...

I know the right person, he is quite brilliant. Possibly a genious in programming. 30-35k doesn't really cut it. Can you offer something more?

Deliverance: As I said, we'll pay for the right person, if we find that person.

GoneShootin - this team is based in Dublin (Blanchardstown), in our datacentre. You might need to travel very occasionally to our other offices, but Blanch is the main site.
