Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Downloading/Converting YouTube videos

Firstly, this works with Mozilla Firefox.

Get VideoDownloader Firefox Extension @ http://javimoya.com/blog/youtube_en.php

    and also Super @ http://www.erightsoft.net/SUPER.html

    Put the http://www.erightsoft.net/SUPER.html

After you install both programs, put the VideoDownloader icon next the "Go" button (View -> Toolbars -> Customize -> drag VideoDownloader icon over next to the "Go" button).

Then goto the YouTube video page you want to look at, and click the VideoDownloader button, and download the video. Mostly, it saves as "get_video", or "get_video.html".

Then, open up Super, select the above video file (from wherever you saved it to), and you can convert it to an avi file, or a format that can be played on your PSP, iPod, etc.

    =-=

Also, if you want to play the video when you download it (before converting it), VLC Media Player @ http://www.videolan.org will play it, and lots of other formats (without codecs:cool:).
