I'd like some information on periodic emotional/physical/intellectual patterns in people, male and female and I don't know if i'm in the right forum or even site.

I am aware of the biorhythm theory (a little) and I would like to follow up that study or get more info on that type of thing. Basically i'd like to know about peaks and troughs emotionally etc. we may go through in the course of a month, year and so on.

I'm guessing it's related to paganism.

What I've read of it sounds a lot more New-Age than anything else.

I'm not well read on this subject. But I'd assume that you forget about monthly/yearly cycles of time we usually work by. The individual cycles are time frames in themselves.

This guy came up with another kind of time management system.

I'd say that it's just an alternative to astrology. Not that it's wrong, but just a different explanation of the same thing. Of course, I haven't tried it so I don't know about it's accuracy.

The yin-yang principle seems to be a similar concept. After a time of great emotional presence there will follow a time of emotional absence. Although there is no strict time frame given here.

    Good luck.
