I'm waiting nearly 3 x months for a rifle licence. Been passed for security by CPO, range membership paid, How long before I can claim I'm being messed around ?

Santa has come early ! Got the licence today ! collecting rifle on Friday (hopefully) ! Applied on July 23rd, recieved licence today, Some service !!!!!!
