    It's just off Pearse street.

    Presumably you have get a Birth/Marriage/Death certificate. Here's a Google Earth image of the East Lombard Street area. It may be of use.

    It's easy to find. If you get the dart to Pearse station then it's just straight down the road. No turns, just cross Pearse street. Opposite Markievicz flats.
