There's a guy called Patsy Hearty, lives over by Channonrock near the Louth border who's meant to be a genius - my cousin moved into a new house last year near Ardee and was put in contact with this guy who trades under the name of 'Mr.Clipps' or 'Mr.Clippee', something corny sounding like that but to shorten the story, he ended up doing a mighty job on both front and back patches and was reasonably priced into the bargain - the cousin said the only thing about him was his shyness - according to her he wasn't much of a talker and preferred to keep himself to himself...but who cares? Your after a decent gardener not a champion debater, so have a look in the Yellow Pages for this guy or simply ask around Carrick/Magheraclune, that direction..someone should point you in the right direction

Mr Clipps it is, hes brilliant, the aunt had her hedge done by him last summer during July, even when it was raining cats n dogs he was out there clipping away, he uses no electric or motorised equipment but the results were wonderful and despite the time he spends he's still cheaper than your average gardener.
