Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    http://www.nutritiondata.com

This is a handy little site I came across today, I thought i'd share. It basically gives almost every detail of nutrition you can think of, for almost any food. Lookout for the Nutritional Target Map, which gives a rough guide to not only how nutritious a food is, but also how filling it is, i.e. how likely you are to feel full. So if you eat 200kcals worth of tomatoes, you might feel full, but with 200kcals of donut, you probably won't.

Any other useful links you might know of, please add ;)
