The Hill of Clonard, and Clonard Hill totally destroyed.

Who's going to fill all these science and technology zones?

    For shame.

The report states that 1 farmyard (Hagans I presume) and 7 residential dwellings on the current site.
What will become of these dwellings?
Will they be left as they are or will they be C.P.O'd?

    I really dont like this......

It will be interesting to see if they will actually upgrade the roads and build the new ones before they start building the houses and warehouses. Also, remember the number of houses, i bet the density will be doubled by the time they start to build.

Anyone know what's being built at the monent at the junction to white heart lane and the road to eec hardware?

Where exactly do you mean, on the motorway side of the White Heart?

If that the location it's a hideous concrete fabrication plant.
A precast concrete panel production facility consisting of a two storey office building (Block 1) with car parking, bicycle parking and a bin store, a single storey canteen building (Block 2) including a covered link to Block 1 and 3, a high bay production facility (Block 3) with reinforcement, batching plant, stores and production halls, an external materials storage area with racking, aggregate bins, waste skips, covered aggregate feed hopper and a conveyor into batching plant, an external finished product area for the storage of panels with two gantry cranes on fixed rails at low and high level against Block 3, a single storey finished hall (Block 4) and associated site development works including ESB substations, standby generator, diesel tank, gas tank, waste bins, landscaping and boundary fencing on a 15 acre site adjacent to White Hart Road on lands at Stephenstown Industrial Estate.

When you drive up the road to eec hardware and instead of taking a left at the roundabout to head towards eec you just keep going straight on. i was kinda hoping it was the start of the road to the motorway to bypass the naul road :(

    Sir Psycho,

You were not far off the mark in your assumption above.
The site for Techrete is almost completed to site development level, the same contractor is mooted to be constructing the roadlink to the motorway.

The route that you alluded to is fairly close to the Techcrete plant.

Expect the road construction to commence in the not too distant future, there are a few technical issues to be resolved prior to construction beginning.

    Folks,

I hate to come across as a pedant, but the area we are referring to is known as 'The White Hart' as opposed to the spelling Heart

A hart is an old world word for a stag deer, generally a red deer over 5 years of age.

I know placenames may be a source of confusion but I couldn't imagine how the area could be named after a white cardiac organ. :D

The thing is there isn't going to be a new road to the motorway.

The next section of the road in question will simply join the Naul road a little west of Hagans Cross at a new roundabout.
