    Does anyone know where I can download this? I tried http://www.irishstatutebook.ie
    But I am lost in the site! I need it for college and don't know what to print off. I know its huge but can't afford 200 to buy it.

    If you go onto the Department of Enterprise, Trade & Employment Site you can download the 1963 Act and all the amended acts. http://www.entemp.ie/commerce/companylawadmin/companiesact1963.htm

    Thanks for replying but i have been told that I can't actually bring in copies of the acts, I have to bring in the actual book, which costs about 180 Euro!:eek:
