    Hi is anyone else having problems recieving mail with a eircom address. Cant get thru on phone to find out...

    i can't connect to their smtp server. pop3 works fine but all email sent to you would have to come from the smtp server first

    Send an email to yourself and cc to mobile phone web email or gmail etc from eircom.
    Send email from your non-eircom web mail to eircom address.

    Tests Pop3 and SMTP.

    POP3 = pickup only, works any network
    SMTP = send only, you often have to change this for a different networh / ISP if you change.
