Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Thanks for moving it.
I was wondering could anyone give me some advice ?
When i open outlook express, it begins to recieve hundreds of e mails from spam. This never happened before. If i click on Send /Receive it comes up as receiving 3210 emails. This just started yesterday. I have updated my virus checker every week and nothing shows.
anyone have an idea to fixing it ???

Well it's not an outlook express problem that there is 3200 emails sitting on your pop server, it will just try download all the emails that are available... Also a virus checker will not do anything, well other than check each of the 3200 emails for doggy content...

    There's 3 possible solutions:-

    1) Which email service are you using? does it have a web client where you can log into the email service via the web and delete the emails....

    2) You could set up g-mail to pop the emails into gmail and detele them there... if you do this, you must set gmail to delete the copy on the pop server once it has a copy... although this sounds mad, it might work ok, as gmail would have a huge bandwidth for poping over the emails...

    3) Get a program that will delete the emails from the pop server, a quick google gave me this http://www.bestshareware.net/pop3sweeper.htm
Note this approach will just delete all emails...
