Parnell AC in Wicklow?

I'm trying to find out where exactly this is and what age groups are members there and if they do cross country running.

They don't seem to have a website and googling for info isn't throwing up much.

Does anyone know where exactly (I know its in Rathdrum somewhere, but thats about it!) they are based and what days they train so I could pop over and join up?

Hi, Parnell AC train mainly in avondale house but do their speed work in the rugby fields. They train mon and thurs at 6pm, i think in avondale house. Get on to Billy Porter for more details, he runs avondale sports (sports shop in the middle of rathdrum), you'll find him there during the day.

XC season is starting this sunday in avondale house from 11am, to be honest I think your too late to register for sunday races but there's plenty more races on, infact theres about a race a wkend for the next 6 wks.
