    Hi,

I'm currently on IBB's 2mb package but my phone line is not great quality so i get regular DSL sync issues. The connection drops about 10 times a day at random times with loads of CRC errors. The noise is quite high on the line (51dbs).

Is there anything i can do here? If i downgrade to the 1Mb package will I see an improvement on the quality of the connection sacrificing speed?

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

fraid thats it yeah, 51db is a comfortable 1mbit but a bit marginal for 2mbits (depending on margin of course but still marginal)
