I'll be there! Just bought a Serpent S400, never driven an electric RC car (of any kind before!). Talk about jumping in the deep end! Should be good though!

I'm building my car at the moment, will post some pics when it's done.

Not much to the Rules/Regulations really

27turn stock brushed or brushless equivelent.
Batteries we try to go for NON Lipo. anything else is fine. Nicad/Nimh
Most of us would now be running 3700's and 4200's
Slick tyres. (Driver choice what make )

    You need an entry form?

Cool, sounds good. I have an entry form, 3 of us will be putting our entries in together. Probably next week.

If you could possibly have them in to me for the end of the month as I need a Definite number to start organising the finer details involved.
    Thanks for showing your interest.

A great event and a great turn out which all good for the future of the sport of RC Racing here in this country. Great to talk to a few drivers that had returned to the sport just for this event and by the sounds of things are hooked once again.

I really enjoyed my day down in Fermoy and the hospitality shown by FMCC was a credit to them.

What's the date for our 2008 Diaries??

Serpent.com have the folllowing report from the event - http://www.serpent.com/news/12403/Lawlor-takes-S400-to-Munster-GP-victory.html
