Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Can anyone recommend a good place to get alterations done (in Dublin) I want to get a D&G dress taken in, so I need somebody who's used to doing this sort of work, I don't want to leave my precious dress with someone who usually makes curtains! Any info would be great, ta!

I'm not sure if it's Lower or Upper Abbery Street..But it's eh perpendicular to Liffey Street anyway, above a shop called JoJo. She took in a silk Chinese dress for me, perfectly done, and a chiffon/satin debs dress..she's good!

There's a place in Dun Laoghaire above the Marlowe dry cleaners on Patrick Street. They're not that cheap but they do a very good job. They're extremely thorough as well. I got jeans taken up and they actually took the time to take pick the thread out of the jeans and used that on the new hems, so they matched. I've also got lining put in a pleated skirt and they pleated the lining too o it exactly matched the skirt. I'd reccommend them!
