Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

You may not have an eating disorder but you dont have the best approch to a healthy eating lifestyle.

Check the stickies and work out your daily caolrie needs , then work out what you get from you daily meals. Now try and get the numbers to match.

You should be eating 6 smaller meals a day, its better for you to eat this way, keeps your energy levels up , prevents unhealthy snacking etc

This is outside the realm of what we're able to deal with, sorry OP.
