Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    oh dear, this is getting worse by the minute. no i can hardly access the interweb at all.

    rug cs about this and was told i would get a call within 24 hours, what a load of bull

    20quid is meant to give you access to the internet, i am surprised someone doesnt take 3 to court over all the hassle they are causing.

    i mean if you bought a new car and bits and pieces started falling off it or it didnt drive some mornings you wouldnt accept it would you?!

    thats pretty much the service im getting with 3 it seems.

    I've been experiencing difficulties on this add on tariff plan as well. In particular, whenever I try to download an application (FreeRange (an RSS Reader I've used on both 3 and Meteor) or Widsets) my phone starts the download and then cancels it- and a message comes up "invalid application".

    I'd be interested if anyone can find the terms and conditions of this add-on to possibly send a stinky lawsort letter to them.
