Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

meteor free texts

    ok so my free texts ran out about 2 weeks ago but i 'm flat broke being a student and only have the chance to top up now. so i went down and topped up by 20. guess what? didn't get confirmation for free texts only for topping up by 20 euro. and now i'm rightly pissed off. has this happened anyone else too bad its 8.20 on a sunday night because when they open tomorrow i'm gettin tis sorted out.

    Ring them, they'll activate it for you and refund any credit you've used. Hardly slacking. It was just a simple computer error.

    Agreed, its not like Meteor have somebody sitting at a desk and authorizing each top-up and sending out txts...this stuff is automated :)

    so for a simple technical glitch you advise skipping the entire meteor customer care system and calling people who can't do anything until you make a formal complaint to the network and wait ten days for a response.

    i also recommend this for people who want to waste time and money calling someone who will tell you they can't help you

    also, are you agreeing with yourself?

    last time I topped up, about 2-3 weeks ago, I didn't get the confirmation text either. But as far as I can see, I am still getting free meteor to meteor texts (they don't show up on mymeteor call details)
