Slysoft have a program for this but it also defeats copy protection so I don't know if I'm allowed post it.

If you open you dvd drives properties in My computer, you can change your region setting. That will use up 1 of your ~4 allowed changes and coming back to R2 will use another.

VLC player will play all regions without asking you change the set region on the drive. Try betanews.com to find it
