Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

€310 on www.play.com if you know someone in Brittain. They'll only ship to the billing address, and it has to be a British address. Most of the shops around town offer similar bundles to each other, so it's really a matter of preference. Gamestop offers €100 in various vouchers (€€ off new games, used games, extra €€ for trade-ins, etc..)

would people recommend getting the 360 elite over the 360 core console? maybe its a matter of choice & money, but the 360 elite seems to be some machine.

It's some machine alright....... oh wait no, it's the exact same machine with a bigger hard drive. Sure it has hdmi but component/vga covers the high definition video end of things. I've never had any problems with the 20gig hard drive. Just delete the old demos you don't play anymore and you've got 5+ gigs of space left. No way the elite is worth the price they're asking. Some of the current premium consoles have hdmi as standard on them also so its really just the hard drive you're paying an extra €200 for. Pick yourself up a premium with some games and an extra control pad. Xtravision and Smyths are usually better than Game/Gamestop for bundles. HMV are actually decent from time to time also

Xtravision, if they're still doing the 400 bundle, with Crackdown/Gears of War/Project Gotham racing.

Same as Smyths in Dublin city centre - 400 gets you Xbox 360 Pro (20Gb HD), Halo3 and Blue Dragon/Gears of War or something else, only one controller though
