Haven't seen this mentioned here yet, so I thought I'd give a shout to Murphy's Ice Cream blog. It's all good, but the coffee section is most relevant to here. I have to say, it's nice to see an Irish establishment treating coffee with some respect, rather than the "ah, sure it'll do" attitude that seems to pervade Irish…
