Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Speedball is dated for next Wenesday!!!:D Clicky

I spent many hours playing this on the Amiga and then Megadrive.

I really, really hope I'm not looking back with Rose tinted specs, but I remember this to be an amazing quick fix of fun!

    So long Halo 3 multiplayer!!

Anyone else looking forward to this - or has anyone played recently and can give an opinion not based 15 years old!

oh dear god that is so cool.

ah the years of making sure you got a good left midfielder so you could get the score multiplier, then a centre forward and a goalie. actually if my memories serves me correctly it was actually better not to go for stars and just go for stars

edit no it wasn't the stars is was the thing that you hit to get 2 points that bounced the ball back

It fu*king better! Speedball 2 is great but if it was single player only I think asking for 800 points would be a bit much. And damnit I've been looking forward to some Xbox live action on this and SWOS for what feels like ages! :)

Wasnt this absolute bollocks hard once you got out of the first league? I seem to remember it being like stunt car racer, i.e. great game but impossibly hard. In fact, i seem to remember going postal on my box for stunt car racer with a pen knife when i was about 12.. :D

Ill probably get speedball tho, as it was a class game...brutal deluxe ftw :D
