Transferring 8mm to dvd??

Not sure if I'm in the right section, pls move if wrong. I have an 8mm videocassette, the contents of which I want transferred into dvd format. Does anybody know the cheapest, quickest people who offer this service?

Do you have a lot of tapes? You could always try and get a second hand Videocam off e-Bay.
